Gage is a brave little guy! His dad dared him to cut his hair into a mohawk and Gage agreed. This did not surprise me at all!
What did surprise me was that the braveness wore off really fast! Like the next morning fast. We had a play date at the park every week with our ward and he threw a hat on to go. I didn't think much of it. He likes to wear hats. I did notice later that day that maybe he wasn't as cool with it as he claimed. We decided to go swimming and he wanted to wear his hat in the pool.
Gage: Mom, can I just wear my hat in the pool?
Me: Ummmm..... sorry bud but you can't. Are you embarrassed about your hair?
Gage: Maybe a little.
Crazy kid!
