We decided to take a trip to Pima for the last few days of the kids spring break. It was as always a lot of fun. I love that you can go down there in March and it is already shorts weather. We love to go down and just relax and play. I got to go and see my friend Ashlee's new house, and got to visit with her and her mom. I love good times with good friends. We also got to go out with our friends Danny and Mandy and their kids. George and Colleen had this little surprise for the kids when we got there. That thing can hold seven kids! So perfect for all the grandkids that they have. The kids spent a lot of time on it.

Leave it to Mike to find a way to scare Gage half to death. Carter is our dare devil, as you can see from his smile, but Gage was not happy!
After a long day Grandpa was nice enough to lay down with all the kids and watch Enchanted for the 6th or 7th time. Never again will probably be too soon for him to see that movie again!
On Sunday before we came home Mike, Grandma, Grandpa and Katlyn went to see The Vietnam Memorial Wall. It was in Safford for the weekend. Katlyn was so interested, and coundn't believe all the names that were on the wall. They also had a display of dog tags that had all the names of the soldiers killed in the Iraq war. She got to meet a man from Pima that is in the Navy and is leaving for Japan soon. She thought that was pretty cool. I am so glad that she got to go and see all the sacrifices that are made for us to be able to have the freedoms that we do. I am so thankful for all the men and women that serve in our military.The weekend was a lot of fun. Thanks George and Colleen!!!

Hey Leslie glad to see you started a blog, just wanted to say hi. It's so fun to see what's going on with everyones families. Can't believe you have a 7 year old. My oldest is 10 1/2 though, so crazy!! Cute blog!
what a fun trip! its great that you have a blog now. i love keeping up with everyones life! i was a big slacker on my blog for awhile but im back! :) wish we could have seen you all while we were in town. maybe next time we can all get together!
